oatmeal.

Hi guys!
I'm on my third day of the ABC-diet and today it's going pretty good! The calorie intake for today is 300cal. So far, I havn't eaten at all (I was so close to eating in school but I stopped myself, it's just not worth eating!). That's just because I'm saving my calories for later, right before practise, so I will be able to work out without being all dissy and nauseas. I'm gonna eat 1 portion of oatmeal before practise and one after, and there you go, my 300calories of the day. And we had gym-class in school today, which were pretty intensive, and the 2,5h practise on that. Great! When I got home from school I just couldn't wait to get my jeans of and change to my sweatpants and when I did I weighed myself aswell. I was kind of scared since I had a fall-back yesterday but since I started this diet I have lost 0,8kg. It's not much but it's still something and I'm going in the right (the only) direction anyway. Now I'm just gonna study. I have a Englishpaper to write and I have to study French as well.
