ABC - Third time is a charm.

Hi guys!
The last couple of weeks have been pretty crazy, but I just had a week of so hopefully my mind have calmed down a bit. Work-out-wise I've been doing good, going to the gym everyday. But, food-wise I've been a catastrophy. But I'm going to try the ABC-diet once again. If I don't make it this time the relationship between me and ABC were not ment to be. Third time is a charm, though? So hopefully I'll find the strengh to keep it going. Work-out is no problem, and that's so nice, I just have to get the food up cause the summer is here before you know it. And I have to loose alot of weight.
This week, or what's left of it will look like this for me;
Day 1: 500 calories (or less)
Day 2: 500 calories (or less)
Day 3: 300 calories
Day 4: 100 calories
Day 5: 400 calories
