Hi guys!
For me, this day of the ABC-diet was like a smaller triumph(especially since I've been eating like crap the latest months). I managed to stay on a cal-intake under 400cal actually (I ate some mango and broccolli later) and burn 400cal at the gym by running on a treadmill. Also, I talked with the guys who works at the gym and my parents and hopefully I will get my gymcard in the end of next week or early in the one after that. It was so long ago since I felt like this, happy and determinded.
