Hi guys!
So, I just got home from the gym and I'm just writing this before I jump in the shower. It was amazing! We just ran on a treadmill, and the thing is, when I run outside I run max 3km (that's not much at all) but now I was able to run 5,5km (still not much but hey, improvment). You get so motivated when you have all the numbers infront of you. Calories, km, and time. I ran for 40min, 5,5km, I burned 400cal. My total for today is 167cal cause I had a sallad made of tomatoes and onion before I went to the gym to get som energy. The smell of food is unbearable but hell no that I destroy my day of success by eating. A shower, an apple and some french-studying before bed. And maybe a few pushups. ^^
