Hi!
I haven't thought about this blog in so long I guess, but a few days ago I decided to weigh myself after not doing it in maybe six months. The numbers on the scale wasn't pleasant at all, and I felt the old me coming back. I don't feel secure in myself any longer. So now it's time to make a change. I'm planning to live in the gym until my gymcard expire in february. I also have practise three times a week and school until late almost everyday, so if I just don't eat in school I guess I will be able to do this. Lose weight. I'm gonna start the ABC-diet tomorrow again. Wish me good luck!

ABC - Third time is a charm.
Hi guys!
The last couple of weeks have been pretty crazy, but I just had a week of so hopefully my mind have calmed down a bit. Work-out-wise I've been doing good, going to the gym everyday. But, food-wise I've been a catastrophy. But I'm going to try the ABC-diet once again. If I don't make it this time the relationship between me and ABC were not ment to be. Third time is a charm, though? So hopefully I'll find the strengh to keep it going. Work-out is no problem, and that's so nice, I just have to get the food up cause the summer is here before you know it. And I have to loose alot of weight.
This week, or what's left of it will look like this for me;
Day 1: 500 calories (or less)
Day 2: 500 calories (or less)
Day 3: 300 calories
Day 4: 100 calories
Day 5: 400 calories

Back!
Hi guys!
I've been absent lately since my computer got a enormous virus and I had to convert my whole hard drive. But now everything is back on the same tracks and tomorrow it's 300cal. Think I'm going for two portions of oatmeal this time aswell. It worked great last time. I'm free from school tomorrow! How nice isn't that?

Hi guys!
I'm on my third day of the ABC-diet and today it's going pretty good! The calorie intake for today is 300cal. So far, I havn't eaten at all (I was so close to eating in school but I stopped myself, it's just not worth eating!). That's just because I'm saving my calories for later, right before practise, so I will be able to work out without being all dissy and nauseas. I'm gonna eat 1 portion of oatmeal before practise and one after, and there you go, my 300calories of the day. And we had gym-class in school today, which were pretty intensive, and the 2,5h practise on that. Great! When I got home from school I just couldn't wait to get my jeans of and change to my sweatpants and when I did I weighed myself aswell. I was kind of scared since I had a fall-back yesterday but since I started this diet I have lost 0,8kg. It's not much but it's still something and I'm going in the right (the only) direction anyway. Now I'm just gonna study. I have a Englishpaper to write and I have to study French as well.

ABC - day 2 - 500cal or less
Hi guys!
So, even if today was kind of a failed day (I don't really want to talk about it) I feel motivated for tomarrow to be better. Also, I have practise tomorrow. If I don't work out for one day I always fail, so I'm so longing for my gymcard. Why can't it be next week yet? Why can't my parents just get their paycheck right now! I need to work out, why can't the world understand that? But tomorrow, 2,5h practise, feels good. And tomorrow it's 300cal, which is kind of making me worried since I do have practise and it's real intensive. I will be fine though, I guess. Now it's time for bed, it's a day tomorrow as well.

ABC - day 1 - 500cal or less

For me, this day of the ABC-diet was like a smaller triumph(especially since I've been eating like crap the latest months). I managed to stay on a cal-intake under 400cal actually (I ate some mango and broccolli later) and burn 400cal at the gym by running on a treadmill. Also, I talked with the guys who works at the gym and my parents and hopefully I will get my gymcard in the end of next week or early in the one after that. It was so long ago since I felt like this, happy and determinded.
